Just who exactly is this Jesus?

Is he a liar? A lunatic? Simply a legend? The lord of the universe?

Is he a human? Is he God? Is he just a prophet?

Is he alive? Is he dead? Does it matter?

Is he history? Did he even exist? Does anyone care?

Is he still relevant today?

Jesus Week in a glance

What is Jesus Week? What's the point?

How could someone born 2000 years ago be relevant to my life in Darwin right now? What could a Jew living in ancient Palestine have to say about social media, university, work/life balance, my career and my happiness?

As it turns out, quite a lot. As we will find out, Jesus is all about life. Life now, life into the future and life more abundantly (John 10:10).

Jesus Week is a week devoted to making Jesus known at Charles Darwin University, and runs from the 12th until the 16th of August. The week is organised by CDU Christians, a student group on campus at CDU. 

Different speakers and guests are invited to come and speak about Jesus, and the importance of Jesus in the 21st century - over two thousand years since he died.
